P.E.O. is a philanthropic organization where women CELEBRATE the advancement of women; EDUCATE women through scholarships, grants, awards, loans, and stewardship of Cottey College and MOTIVATE women to achieve their highest aspirations. Come spend a couple hours painting (you don’t have to know how to paint or be an artist) and proceeds will go to support scholarships, grants and loans for women ages 18 and above. Beverages (ignore the language on the website about alcohol – there will be none and this is entirely appropriate for daughters or granddaughters, ages 10+) and homemade goodies will be available before the painting session starts and during the break.
